The project was a complete renovation including demolition work, removal of asbestos roof covering and timbers, re slating of roof, lowering of ground floors to allow for extra head height to accommodate a 1st floor.
Tanking below ground level. New floors, rebuilding of internal walls and re forming of door openings, replastering throughout of insulated walls and ceilings, excavation and relaying of drains, 2nd fix joinery, external doors and windows reforming openings as required
New central heating system, fitting of two bath/shower rooms, wall and floor tiling – a complete renovation of the milking parlour.
